Formula BMW Americas Drivers Get Back To Work At VIR Race Weekend.
After opening their season on a tight and twisty infield road course in Puebla, Mexico, the drivers and teams of the Formula BMW Americas Championship will get to stretch their legs a bit this weekend as the series heads to the sprawling Virginia International Raceway course in Alton, Virginia.

BMW M3 GT4 celebrates 24-hour premiere at the Nürburgring.
The BMW works drivers Jörg Müller (DE) and Andy Priaulx (GB) will line up at the 24-hour race on the Nürburgring’s Nordschleife on 23rd/24th May 2009. This will also mark the debut of the BMW M3 GT4 at this legendary endurance race.

In 2009 BMW Motorsport will put its touring and sports car programmes into action on several popular stages, and will use racing versions of the BMW 3 series to fight for victories and titles.

BMW Motorsport Party in Munich - Engstler secures Sports Trophy.
The BMW Motorsport squad of Formula One drivers (Robert Kubica, Nick Heidfeld and Christian Klien), FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) works drivers and the junior racers from Formula BMW were joined by over 500 guests at the Postpalast venue in central Munich on Saturday evening for the end-of-year party and Sports Trophy presentation.

BMW works drivers celebrate class win in the Eifel.
In the Nürburgring 24-Hour Race, BMW WTCC drivers Jörg Müller and Augusto Farfus scored an impressive result. After 137 laps in the “Green Hell”, their BMW 320d crossed the finish line as best diesel car.
